Doug - DoorDash
17:32
Hi Everyone! We'll get started about 3 or 4 minutes after the hour
Duncan Lawson
30:58
On what scale can this program support
Hosam Afifi
32:19
It could increase distribution by 15-20%
Larry Chiucarello
40:23
It is not 50 clients, it is 50 boxes/bags that could be 10 clients
Hosam Afifi
41:16
To keep weight below 25 Lbs, we may need to deliver two boxes per beneficiary. the minimum of 50 boxes means 50x2 or 25 beneficiary?
Larry Chiucarello
42:20
Thanks it was really a question.
Vinh Vuong
44:10
What happens if the person isn't home - what would typically happen to the product? How early and how late can one get a delivery?
frederick goodman
48:03
It sounds like the client will have to get the Door Dash App, correct?
Scott Ramsay
48:10
Can you talk to how Project Dash is funded by Doordash? For example, is there federal funding for this to ensure longevity?
Vinh Vuong
48:14
Thank you Doug! Sorry for so many questions - very exciting stuff.
CHRISTINA DINA
48:55
What happens if the client doesn’t have a cell or text.?
Larry Chiucarello
52:19
When you schedule a pick up, can it be for multip0le stops/clients?
Thomas Johnson
54:15
what is the web address to schedule our deliveries
Renee Santos
56:09
Will we need to meet with clients in person first to sign them up for TEFAP or would we be able to do the intake over the phone?
Karen Osbrey
56:48
Can our packages be customized
Marcia McDonald
56:57
I may have missed this, should our client fit in one of these to qualify… disability, transportation, child care
Juri Garone Person to Person
57:47
My apologies if you already addressed this question: what is the minimum number of deliveries?
Meagan Howard
58:57
Has there been any thought to expanding service to Soup Kitchens for meal deliveries as well?
Hosam Afifi
58:59
How many packages can a single dasher carry?
Duncan Lawson
59:31
My program has multiple deliveries to a Public Housing site (80 clients , probably 150-200 bags) will this be just one dasher with a van? Or multiple dashers
Vinh Vuong
59:35
If programs are dealing with TEFAP - food security is always top priority - does an "invoice slip" be placed in each bag?
Thomas Johnson
59:53
how do we set up the partnership?
Margaret Goldberg, Neighbor to Neighbor
01:01:05
Details for signup would be welcome and a fantastic partnership to serve our clients effectively and reliably
Bonnie Solberg
01:02:05
But there is a food insecurity/TEFAP requirement?
Larry Chiucarello
01:02:27
FYI: There are apps that allow clients to send in an order via email
Paul Shipman
01:02:36
Vinh, I think that is a question we will address with Sherry Grant. I think that if a receipt or other form in the delivery is required, that can be packed with the order.
Meagan Howard
01:03:32
We run both a Soup Kitchen and a Pantry, so would there need to be two "accounts" for the different size requirements?
Paul Shipman
01:03:44
Bonnie, if you are providing TEFAP, the income rules still apply. If you're providing non-TEFAP food, it's simply an order and the fact that you've been approached by a client needing food would be sufficient to assume need.
Meagan Howard
01:07:19
Fantastic! Thank you so much!
Marcia McDonald
01:07:22
we may be sending refrigerated items… are we required to have specific containers.. since deliver time may be 45 minutes or more
Paul Shipman
01:07:47
THanks for sharing this, Beth! It's a great resource for those agencies who are working with TEFAP product.
Vinh Vuong
01:07:53
Marcia - that is a great question.
